How to return Bonix Sport products?

Bonix Sport offers a quick solution in the event of a dispute. For any request, please provide us with:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged item to document the damage. If the photo cannot prove that the product is damaged, please also send us a video to the following email address: info ;a; bonix-sport.com
  • In the event that our dispute team requests a return as part of the dispute, the product must be returned to the address which will be communicated to you.
  • Note: To be able to return the product, it must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

What is the deadline for returning a product?

If a product needs to be returned, please contact us within the time frame indicated below following receipt of your order. We will then contact you to offer you a solution.
  • In case you want to return the product for the simple reason that the product does not suit you. as required by law, you will have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order.
  • In the event that the product is defective or does not conform to its initial description, For the satisfaction of our customers, we have decided to extend this period to 30 days from receipt of your order.
Important note : After this period, Bonix Sport disclaims all liability. We will of course be available to guide you and improve our services.

Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to its initial description.

Why is my order late?

It happens that the order has arrived at the nearest post office and is on hold due to insufficient address, unclaimed package, missing telephone number, etc. It will be much more convenient for customers to contact the local post office or go to the post office for receiving your order.

Does Bonix Sport offer a refund?

Bonix Sport will issue a refund, resend or accept the return in any of the following cases:

1. Damaged products
Bonix Sport offers full refund or replacement if arrived packages are seriously damaged.

We offer a partial refund or replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (except slightly creased threads, small scratches, etc.).

Note: For damaged packaging cartons, Bonix Sport cannot offer any refund or other after-sales service due to international delivery.

2. Incorrect or missing products.
We have a strict quality control process before shipping the products. Bonix Sport will handle incorrect or missing products as follows:

Important note: Please consult the size chart if the product has one. If the product matches the size shown in the table or description, we will not be able to accept the product.

Otherwise For size problems, Bonix Sport thanks you for measuring the product using the correct measurement method and providing us with the photo of the measurement. Our litigation team will handle your dispute as quickly as possible.

3. Orders not received.
Bonix Sport will not arrange refunds or reshipments if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered.

If the customer does not receive the package, a certificate of non-delivery issued by the local post office with an official stamp is required.

If the tracking information shows Alert. the reasons are listed below:
  1. Incorrect/insufficient address.
  2. No such number.
  3. Recipient unknown.
  4. Denied.
  5. Don't recover in time.
  6. No secure delivery location.
  7. Others.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, send us an email with the screenshot.

Important notes:
  1. The local distributor will deliver within 1-3 days depending on the actual situation. If the package remains unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3 to 7 days. In this case, you must collect the package yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to our logistics company. When returning, Bonix Sport assumes no responsibility in the event of loss of products.
  2. If the logistics company provides return service to our warehouses. After receipt of the package we offer you the following choices: 1. a refund of up to 70% of the value of the product. 2. reshipment including delivery costs at your expense.
  3. Bonix Sport cannot offer refunds or reshipments if packages are destroyed by logistics companies.

4. Cancellation of orders

For order cancellation, Bonix Sport offers a full refund before the products are processed by our warehouses.

Please note :
  • After payment, Custom orders cannot be canceled.
  • Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

I haven't received my refund, what should I do?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund is then processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a up to 5 working days.
  • If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
  • contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Return or Refund Unacceptable:

In the following cases, Bonix Sport will not reimburse, reship or accept the return:
