Why is the item I added to my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today?

Your shopping cart does not provide you with a sales price guarantee. If you add an item to your cart at a sale price, the price will change once the sale campaign expires. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order has been successfully recorded?

Shipping & Delivery

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes! You can change your shipping address if your order has not yet been shipped. To change your address, log in to your account , select the order and click Change Shipping Address. We recommend updating your address in your account before ordering, as shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

What can I do if the tracking says my package is delivered, but I don't have my package?

If the delivery person has completed the delivery, the package tracking status or a delivery notice must indicate where your delivery person left the package.

Shipments that do not require a signature may be left in a secure location at the discretion of the deliverer.

If the tracking status indicates that the delivery person completed the delivery and obtained a signature, the package may have been signed for by a neighbor or another resident of your location. If the driver delivered your package to another location, you should have received a delivery notice indicating where the package was left (for example, a neighbor's house or a post office).

Check with other people at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if anyone else has picked up the package.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact the delivery company or your post office directly.

Finally, if the delivery company confirms that the package has been delivered and you suspect that the package may have been stolen from a building, the mailbox or the doorstep of your house, you must report the theft to the police . Please send us a copy of the police report and a certificate of non-delivery by the post office or delivery company, so that we can begin the claim process with the delivery company.

How to track my order?

How to return BONIX SPORT products?
